Cancellation & late fee policy (AMP network standard — read only)

AMP Network Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations within 48 hours: $50 fee charged to the card on file. No-shows: $100 fee charged to the card on file. No fee with 48+ hours notice. A credit card on file is required to confirm all appointments; the card is stored as a guarantee and not charged at booking. First-offense fees may be waived as a one-time courtesy (logged in appointment notes); on a second offense the fee is collected and a card on file is required before the next booking.
Practices may apply more restrictive rules with documented AMP approval. They may not apply weaker rules.
Online Appointment Cancellations (effective June 8): Patients can cancel appointments online and through the Zenoti SmartBot, in addition to rescheduling. Existing cancellation policies are enforced automatically through Zenoti. Within 48 hours of the appointment the online cancellation option is disabled; if a patient cancels inside the window, Zenoti automatically creates an invoice and attempts to auto-charge the card on file. Teams review open invoices daily and close them once payment processes; if the card declines or none is on file, the team contacts the patient to collect payment.
